Tommy Jones,  Pastor


 Tommy Jones is from Little Rock where he graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1995. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. After graduating college Tommy was employed with Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods, an advertising agency in Little Rock. From there he went to work with Lee|Stafford (a medical device and healthcare marketing firm) as their Director of Account Services. In late 2009 Tommy felt the calling to move into full time ministry and in April 2010 he became the full time Pastor at Grace United Methodist Church. Tommy is married to Kristi Jones and they have one son, Kaeden, and one daughter, Kinley.

Rachael Jones, Worship Pastor


Rachael grew up in the Sardis community with one brother and one sister.  She was an active member at Bryant FUMC through high school. She graduated from Bryant High School in 2002 and went on to graduate from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors degree in Interior Design. She and her husband, Adam, were married in the spring of 2006. She began leading the music in the contemporary  worship service at Sardis United Methodist Church during her senior year at UCA.  In 2007, she helped plant Grace Church and was hired as the worship leader.  Rachael and Adam had their first son, Weston, in 2009 and were surprised with twins, Emerson & Evan, in 2012.

Clarissa Wallace,                                                                                                      Children’s Pastor and GRACEdiscovery Executive Director

Clarissa is a native of the East End community and a 1994 graduate of Sheridan High   School. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she earned a BS in Early Childhood Education. Clarissa married her husband Ronnie in 1999. She went on to teach kindergarten at East End Elementary School. She earned a Master of Elementary Education with an emphasis in Reading. Before coming to GRACE she served as the Early Childhood Curriculum Specialist for Arkansas State University, Childhood Services. Clarissa and Ronnie have 2 children, one daughter, Raylee, and one son, Layton.

Stewart Main, Youth Pastor

He currently works at Arnold and Blevins Electric Company.  He married his love, Cymber, in March of 2014. God called Stewart to the youth ministry and started working with the GRACEyouth in 2014.

Chris & Katie Neel,  CONNECT 4 Pastors


 Neel Staff picChris grew up in Northwest Arkansas and graduated from West Fork High School. He worked in maintenance at Tyson Foods for 10 years before he returned to school and earned a Master’s of Science at the University of Arkansas in 2007. After several years of teaching Agricultural Science at Acorn High School, Chris felt God’s call to ministry getting stronger. He is now a certified candidate in the United Methodist Church, attends Memphis Theological Seminary, and serves as the Men’s Ministry Coordinator and Connect 4 Pastor at Grace with his wife, Katie.


Katie grew up in Sardis and graduated from Benton High School. She earned a Master’s in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2008. In college, Katie worked as a writing and public speaking tutor and conducted communication workshops across campus. She serves as a Connect 4 Pastor at Grace, works as a tutor for Pearson, and is a stay-at-home mom. Chris and Katie married in 2009. They have a daughter, Avery (2011), and a son, Caleb (2014).

Micki Bartlett, Women’s Ministry Coordinator

Micki BartlettMicki grew up in Central Louisiana and graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Computer Science degree. She married Chris the same year, 2002. Chris’s work relocated them to Arkansas in 2006. God led them to Grace Church in 2011 . Shortly after joining Grace, Micki approached Bro. Tommy about a women’s Bible study, he answered with “that sounds great, start it”. Ladies of Grace was born! Micki serves as Women’s Ministry Coordinator, serves as Financial Peace University Coordinator, works as a programmer for Blue Cross and is mom to two boys, Aden(2007) and Liam(2012).

Donna Reynolds,  Administrative Assistant

Donna ReynoldsDonna is from Jackson, Mississippi where she graduated from Jackson Preparatory School in 1987. She later graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Mississippi. After graduating, Donna was employed by the Mississippi Public Utilities Staff for 16 years and then CenterPoint Energy for 7 years in the Little Rock office. In 2010, she received a Masters in Accounting from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. She is married to the love of her life, Jemmie Reynolds, has three beautiful step children (Crystal, Holden and Faith), one handsome step-grandson (Andy), and seven loving four-legged fur babies. A charter member of Grace United Methodist Church, she became the church’s administrative assistant in 2015.
