**BEFORE SUBMITTING INQUIRY, READ GRACEchurch RULES FOR BUILDING USE**
* A GRACE REPRESENTATIVE SHALL BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES. * Absolutely no alcoholic beverages, tobacco products or illegal drugs of any kind will be allowed in church buildings. * Smoking will be allowed only in designated outdoor areas where receptacles are located. * Do NOT apply anything to the walls or dividers that will cause damage. Do not use glitter or confetti as decorations. * All fixtures, furnishings and furniture are to remain where they belong. Chairs should be replaced where found upon departure. * Children should not be allowed to use the Auditorium as a play area, unless specifically approved for use. * Decorations and items brought in by group are to be removed upon departure. * Please remove all trash and place in a trash container. Trash container should be emptied into the trash dumpster prior to departure of the premises. Any trash should also be removed from parking lot. * Any food and beverage spills on the floors should be vacuumed, swept, and/or mopped up at the end of the event. * All kitchen items, including coffee pots, must be washed, dried and returned to their proper place. Any drinks, coffee, etc. used must be restocked. * Countertops, sinks and other kitchen equipment must be wiped down and left in clean order. * Lighting in the Auditorium, coffee makers, and all other equipment shall be turned off before departing the premises by the Grace representative. * Children shall be supervised always. * No unauthorized person and no children shall be allowed on the stage area or in the sound booth at any time. * No unauthorized person and no children shall be allowed in the children's areas or staff offices unless arrangements are made in advance. * Restrooms shall be checked for obvious needs prior to departure. **By clicking submit you agree to the building policies & rules**
